QuickFileTools is a free set of PDF and image tools that run in your browser. There are no accounts, no uploads and no orders, so we hold nothing about you or your files that we could look up.
Is there email support?
Yes. Write to supportquickfiletools@gmail.com with questions, problems with a tool or feedback. Please do not attach your files: describe the problem instead (for example the tool, your browser and the message you saw), because we never need your documents to help.
If a tool does not work
Most problems are fixed by one of these steps:
- Read the message the tool shows. It says what went wrong, for example a password-protected PDF or a file that is too large.
- Reload the page and try again. Your files are not saved, so choose them again.
- Use an up-to-date browser: Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari.
- For very large files, use a computer instead of a phone, or process fewer pages or images at a time.
- For a password-protected PDF, remove the password with Unlock PDF (you need to know the password), then try again.
Your files stay with you
Every tool processes files on your device, so nobody here can see, recover or delete them. Read the privacy policy for the details.
