How it works
- Choose your form or custom size. Select a verified exam preset (IBPS, UPSC) or enter custom width, height, and KB ranges.
- Add your signature photo. Upload a photo taken on paper or take a picture with your mobile camera.
- Clean and download. The tool detects the ink, whitens the paper, scales to fit without cutting, and produces your form-ready JPG.
What the tool changes
- Brightens paper: Grey and shadowed paper from camera photos is turned into clean, pure white.
- Darkens ink: Keeps original ink hues while deepening contrast, or optionally converts strokes to solid black or blue ink.
- Fits without cropping: Centers and fits the entire signature inside the requested dimensions with neat padding.
- Honest processing: The tool does not redraw or fabricate signature strokes. If an ink stroke is extremely faint, blurry, or smudged, please write on clean paper and take a clearer photo in daylight.
Check it yourself: your file is not uploaded
- Choose your signature file on this page.
- Turn off Wi-Fi or mobile data.
- The tool still runs, whitens your signature, and saves the result because all image processing occurs entirely within your browser.
On a computer, press F12 to inspect Network activity and confirm no request transmits your image data.
Whitens paper and darkens ink for online applications
A phone photo of a signature on white paper often comes out grey or shadowed, while upload guidelines such as IBPS ask for a signature on white paper with a black ink pen. This tool detects your handwritten signature, cleans the surrounding paper to pure white, darkens the ink strokes to dark ink, black, or blue, and fits the signature into the exact pixel dimensions and KB window your form asks for.
Everything runs entirely in your browser. Your signature image is processed locally on your phone or computer and is never uploaded to any server.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why does my signature need a white background?
The IBPS and SBI upload guidelines ask candidates to sign on "white paper with Black Ink pen". A clean white background also keeps the signature easy to read at the small sizes forms ask for, such as 140 × 60 pixels. Always check the notice for your own exam.
Can I sign on screen?
No. This tool is built to clean and resize a photo or scan of a signature written on paper. If you need to sign an existing PDF document on screen, use Sign PDF.
What does "made bigger with empty data" mean?
When the signature image is already encoded at maximum quality but its file size is still below the minimum KB limit specified by the form, the tool appends empty comment data allowed by the JPEG format. The picture itself is unchanged.
Is my signature uploaded to your server?
No. All image processing, contrast adjustment, and resizing take place locally on your device within your web browser. Your signature is never sent over the internet.
