Sizes differ between forms. Always check the official notification. These presets use 300 DPI (3.5 × 4.5 cm = 413 × 531 pixels) and set JPG, Fill & Crop, the KB limit and allow enlarging, so the image gets the exact size; you can change any of them. To reach a size in KB without changing the dimensions, use the Compress Image target size. For a specific exam, use the Exam Photo Resizer.
