Frequently Asked Questions

Does rotating pages reduce PDF quality?

No. Pages are copied, not re-rendered, so text and image quality do not change.

Is the rotation permanently saved in the file?

Yes. The orientation attribute is permanently written into the PDF structure so any reader displays it correctly.

Can I rotate only specific pages?

Yes. Each page card has its own rotate button so you can turn only the pages you choose.

Can I rotate password-protected PDFs?

Password-protected PDFs must have their password removed before rotating.

Are links and bookmarks preserved?

Page contents are preserved, but bookmarks, document links, interactive form fields and tags may not be kept.

Guides for this tool

Check it yourself: your file is not uploaded

  1. Choose your file on this page.
  2. Turn off Wi-Fi or mobile data.
  3. Run the tool. It still finishes and saves the result, because all the work happens in your browser.

On a computer you can also open the browser's developer tools (F12), choose the Network tab and watch: no request carries your file.
