QuickFileTools does not claim ownership of your files merely because you use our file-processing tools.

6. File Processing

Browser-based tools: Tools that show “Processed on your device” process files only in the user's browser, and the file is not sent to QuickFileTools.

All tools published on QuickFileTools process files in your browser; your files are not uploaded to our servers.

QuickFileTools does not provide permanent storage for files submitted through its file-processing tools.

Users should download and safely store any processed files they wish to keep, and maintain their own copies of important files.

7. Copyright and Intellectual Property

The QuickFileTools website, including its branding, design, layout, text, graphics, software and other original materials, may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or commercially exploit QuickFileTools content or software without appropriate authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.

8. Third-Party Services

QuickFileTools uses third-party infrastructure and hosting providers (Cloudflare) to serve the website, and Google Analytics to count visits, as described in the privacy policy and the cookie policy. No payment providers are used, and no advertising is shown today.

Third-party services may have their own terms, conditions and privacy policies. QuickFileTools is not responsible for the policies or practices of independent third-party services.

9. Accuracy of Results

Our tools are provided to assist with file processing. However, automated processing may sometimes produce unexpected results depending on the file format, structure, size or content.

You are responsible for checking the output before relying on it for important personal, professional, financial, legal or business purposes.

10. Service Availability

We aim to keep QuickFileTools available and functional, but we do not guarantee that the website or any individual tool will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, upgrades, security issues, infrastructure failures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Free Services

(Not used today – all tools on QuickFileTools are currently 100% free.)

13. Payments and Refunds

(Not used today – QuickFileTools does not process payments or use payment providers.)
