We couldn't find a table in this PDF. It has text, but not in rows and columns we can detect. To get the text, try PDF to Word.
This PDF looks scanned – its pages are pictures, so there's no text to put in cells. Tick Read scanned pages (OCR) and convert again.
No table found on the scanned pages. OCR works best on clear, straight scans.
OCR reads up to 20 scanned pages at a time. Split the PDF first.

Features & Honest Limitations
Table Extraction
Detects row and column boundaries to extract tabular data into clean Excel (.xlsx) workbooks. Numbers, percentages, currency, and dates are properly formatted without formula injection.
Client-Side Privacy
All table detection and workbook generation runs entirely in your browser. No documents or spreadsheets are ever uploaded to any server.
Sensible Limits
Supports PDF files up to 50 MB and 300 pages. Digital PDFs are read directly; for scanned pages, turn on OCR (English, up to 20 pages). Irregular or borderless tables may have low confidence.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are my PDF files uploaded to any server?
No. PDF to Excel runs entirely in your web browser using client-side JavaScript. Your documents and spreadsheets never leave your device.
Can I convert scanned PDF tables?
Yes, in English. Digital PDFs (with selectable text) are read directly. For scanned pages, tick Read scanned pages (OCR): it downloads the OCR engine once (about 7 MB), reads up to 20 scanned pages per run, and marks cells it is unsure about in yellow so you can check them against the PDF.
How are numbers and formulas handled?
Numbers with standard thousands separators, decimals, and Indian lakh grouping are converted to numeric values. Non-numeric text and formula-like cells are safely stored as text without executable formulas.
What is the maximum file size and page limit?
You can convert PDF documents up to 50 MB and up to 300 pages.

When using OCR, the OCR engine and English data are downloaded from quickfiletools.in and kept in your browser's storage, and the PDF still never leaves your device.
