Photo, signature, thumb and declaration in one place

Pick your exam and the document, add your photo or scan, and the tool makes a JPG that follows the size and KB limits in the official notice. You see each requirement with a tick before you download.

All the work happens in your browser. Your files are not uploaded.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why does my file need a minimum size?

Some notices set a minimum as well as a maximum, for example 20 KB to 50 KB for an IBPS photo. The IBPS guidelines say an error message is shown when the file size is not as prescribed, so a file that is too small is refused just like one that is too big.

What does "made bigger with empty data" mean?

When the picture is already at the highest quality but the file is still below the minimum, the tool adds empty comment data, which the JPEG format allows, until the file reaches the minimum. The picture itself does not change.

Is my photo uploaded?

No. Your photo never leaves your device. All processing happens in your browser.

My exam is not in the list. What do I do?

Use Custom size and copy the numbers from your notice; we only list exams whose official notice we checked.
